10 Step Make Ourselves Happy

Here is how to make ourselves to be happy and forget all the problems :

1. Smile! Force smile and forget the problems, so you are sure that you feel happy.

2. Playing with children. Fun they quickly spread to you. Watch the ant are working or pursuing butterfly.

3. Give a gift to yourself. Wash dishes, iron repair, replace the bulb. Hadiahi themselves with the new magazine or watch television two hours without a problem. Tranquility after successfully grind is best gift for you.

4. Do not dwell a thousand languages. Discuss and share your problems with colleagues from the nearest stress alone. Talk therapy alone is especially help your colleagues.

5. Positive thoughts. With prayer, you will be great day when out of the house every morning. Today is happy day! This first positive attitude will attract to you other happiness.

6. Create something. Creative nature will banish boredom and morose. Create cakes, urusi garden, change the layout of the room or learn to paint.

7. Create a list of favors that you can be at least six a day favors. Grateful. Count your blessings. You may forget the delicious healthy (remember the pain of it!)

8. Create a new project: to learn Arabic language, you create a family tree, write a book of your history, etc..

9. Visit old friends. You will feel fresh because of the capricious old colleagues. Get together to eat pizza.

10. In any situation, choose the fun or excitement. Do not want to distress involved. Sense of empathy and sympathy with the jolly fellow realized the accident will strengthen the spirit. Skip every day with excitement.
